Eligibility to join the program is determined each calendar year. To join and receive the discount for 2026, you must meet this criteria during the 2025 calendar year - no exceptions. Eligibility in one year does not affect eligibility in another.

• Spend at least $4,000 with Carolina Dream House, excluding tax.

• Homes are photo-ready by the start of the scheduled appointment time.

• No cancellations or re-scheduling needed (excluding for weather, emergencies, and photographer suggestions).

• Consistently use the portal as the method to book appointments for standard, non-custom work. Questions and comments are always welcome.

To use your VIP discount, you must input your personal VIP code into the discount code section when booking your order through our portal. The discount will not apply when we book an order on your behalf, except for custom or out-of-area projects.

Because this program was created in December 2024 and we didn’t want to wait an entire year to enroll customers, 2025 eligibility was determined retroactively based on spend amounts.
